Squash partner wanted! Looking to get involved in a league, I’m new to the area and would like to play squash regularly, any advice on how to join any local leagues be much appreciated. Or if you just fancy playing once/twice a week.
Cheers
Brad
Hi Brad,
You posted your comment on the forums page and not in the forum themselves…. Where abouts are you looking to play??
Hi Matt
Thanks for your reply, looking to play in St Austell area but can easily travel around.
Cheers
Brad
Hello
I’m looking to get involved in squash games, ideally in Helston. Used to play a lot when younger so no beginner! Cheers Stuart
Hello Im looking for squash partner to play at either liskeard or Loswithiel , mid 50’s been playing for several years to a sort of social but serious standard. Currently spending half my time in Cornwall and moving permanently later in the year.
Many thanks
Hi Peter, sorry for belated reply but just back from hols. I’m not sure who plays at Liskeard or Lostwithiel these days so probably best to go to the centres and ask about ladders and leagues, etc. I do know, however, that there are a few players at Bodmin Dragons Centre as they have a team in our county leagues. Again, probably best to contact the centre. If you want I can supply a contact. There’s also a ladder at Polkyth, St Austell, and I do believe there are several keen players at Fowey Recreation Centre. Hope this helps – let me know how you get on? Tony Bowyer, Chairman of CCS&RA
